ASF to MPEG4 or Quicktime on a Mac

This is one for the Mac guys. I was given an .ASF file out of a
digital video camera to use in a project I'm doing in Final Cut Pro.
I'm trying to find an application (Mac) that will conver the file to a
usable format such as Quicktime. I don't want to spend a lot of $$ for
the application since this is really a one time thing. Anybody out
there had an luck with .asf files ?
