Is M7D's business concept in full compliance with the law?

Customers do not sell the diamonds. According to our policy, all transactions are directly between M7D and its customers. When a customer presents another customer to us, and earns from such action, it is akin to word-of-mouth advertising.
Our products are of high quality and certified by the world famous IGI. They are fairly priced vis-à-vis those of the same specifications and quality at retail stores and other network marketing companies. There is no additional cost for participation in the M7D Customer Reward Program. The commission we pay is only a reward to our customers for recommending other sales to us. Neither we nor our customers sell a “business opportunity” or any other right to participate in an enterprise. Participation is free to M7D customers.
Who is responsible for the tax?
Any tax due in a customer's home country on receipt of M7D commissions or bonuses is the responsibility of the customer.

Signing In: The M7D Universal Starter Kit
You sign in by purchasing a M7D Universal Starter Kit (USK). The USK enables you to choose any one of our five (5) ecPayment Plans for your use. The ecPayment amount (US$400.00, US$200.00, US$70.00, US$270.00 or US$70.00 ) for your specified USK will be deducted from your account statement only when you confirm your choice of ecPayment Plan (3/3A, 3/3B, 3/3C, 1/1A or 1/1B respectively) and not at the time you purchase your USK.
Here is how you proceed:
- Go to M7D Account Manager. Click “M7D Universal Starter Kit”.
- Click “Purchase”. The minimum purchase is of 10 units. Your order may be for USK/smart card, USK/smart card+smart card reader, or a mix of both.
- When you receive your USK, verify your stock status through the “Stock List” link and immediately report any discrepancies.
- You can transfer the USKs to other customers through the “Transfer Starter Kit” link. (You may only transfer a USK to another Business Account if you have not clicked “Confirm Plan” for that USK. You are responsible for USKs that remain with you.)
- The “Confirm Plan” link is for you to confirm your choice of ecPayment Plan for a specified USK. Do not use this link if you have not decided on an ecPayment Plan. Once you have confirmed the ecPayment Plan for a specified USK, you may scratch the silver bar that indicates the selected ecPayment Plan at the left of the card. Therefore, you will be paid for introducing customers/sales to M7D – and you will multiply your income every time your customers introduce new business to us. This reward system ensures that you earn immediate income without heavy personal investment, as with traditional business methods.
You need only a small capital sum – US$70.00 at the lowest entry level – to enter a home-based enterprise with high growth potential. You may introduce customers from anywhere around the world, which is the plus of e-business.

You must approach an existing M7D customer to sign up for you, and you must own a Business Account at M7D by paying just US$70.00 (lowest entry level) which would give you an ecVoucher worth US$70.00 with which to redeem your first pair of diamonds with sufficient Reward Voucher and/cash later.

We sell the initial diamonds only in pairs. Subsequent diamonds may be redeemed in single pieces with 100% cash or in pairs with equal value of sign in ecV plus RV and cash. By choosing either to make full price payment or ecPayment Plan or Optional ecPayment Plan (Full Payment Plans) for a pair of diamonds, you will get a Business Account (BA) on our website. The BA works online. It is your “virtual office” that helps you manage your M7D business the way you want to, and involves minimal paper work. After joining an ecPayment Plan, a customer may choose to manually redeem a single piece of diamond by paying 100% cash or allow auto redemption of one pair of diamonds or manually redeem the pair of diamonds with conditions.
There are 29 diamond ownership opportunities:
- Each BA of Plans 11B, 33A, 33B and 33C has seven reserved business centers (BCs) attached directly to one another. 11A is a stand alone with no reserved BCs.
- You may activate, one by one, up to seven BCs - i.e. 001 - 007 for the 4 plans except 11A which only has one BC.
- The payment of your chosen plan starts with the activation of BC 001.
- Each BC can be activated by paying any of the ecPayment Plan or Optional ecPayment Plan (Full Payment Plan) amount in cash or by deduction from your commissions. A seven-BC header eventually is formed, enabling you to earn seven times more income plus opportunities to collect more diamonds.
- Commission is generated for you by every sale/customer you refer to M7D. With a choice of five plans to earn commissions and seven BCs, you therefore have up to 35 diamond ownership opportunities.
About Income and Commission
When do I get paid?
M7D credits customers’ commissions in their account statements weekly. Your commissions will be released through Telegraphic Transfer (TT) to your bank accounts.
The commission cycle begins on a working week, which starts on Tuesdays and ends on Mondays. Therefore every Monday is considered a cut-off date. Eight days from the cut-off date, you should be able to view your BA statement on our website. For smartcard activated customers, you have the option to hold or release your commissions. Unless you give instructions to withhold it, commission of US$100.00 or more will be released automatically. You can control your withdrawals and track your balances. The figures shown are real-time.
How do I control my withdrawals from the Account Statement?
For smartcard activated accounts only, you have five options:
Release Commission: You must access My Virtual Office, select Messenger and click on the Commission Release Option to make your choice. Your commission will be automatically released once it reaches US$250.00 unless you instruct the system to withhold it. It will come to you by TT.
Return Commission Check/s: You may return to M7D any commission check/s for the payment of products. This is one way to contra your commissions against new sales submissions. All checks will be re-deposited only into the owner’s account.
Transfer Funds: For smartcard activated accounts only, you may transfer your funds to another BA whose owner is willing to en-cash your commission. This is possible because new customers may wish to make their EASY payment by contra-commission. Thus, this option is much in demand.
Direct Contra-Commission: You may accept contra-commission payments directly to accommodate new customers who may wish to pay their EASY payment or FULL payment by contra-commission.
Debit Card: This option is currently under development. You will be able to release your commissions through debit cards.
In what currency do I get paid?
Payment is in US dollars.
What is the maximum income I can expect from the M7D Marketing Plan?
The Basic 1/1A Plan could provide a potential top income of US$800.00 per BC per day. You could also qualify for the 3/3A Plan (maximum income of US$3,000.00 per BC per day), the 3/3B Plan (maximum income of US$1,500.00 per BC per day), and 3/3C Plan (maximum income of US$450.00 per BC per day). You also can earn extra income from our Direct Reward Commission ranging from US$5.00 to US$25.00 per new sale/BA activated depending on the plan you choose. This is computed separately and is not covered by any maximum income cap.
How do I qualify for the 3/3 Plan?
You must first confirm any order under the 3/3 A-C Plan. When you have accumulated three sales on the Left and three on the Right, you would be entitled to earn a Step Reward Commission. You would automatically qualify to earn the maximum income of the individual plan per BC per day over a certain period because your network would grow. (Please refer to the commission chart in the Fast Start page to get full details of the commission amount.)
How would I activate the rest of my reserved BC?
Simply place the new down-lines under the reserved BC. Our system will detect whenever the reserved BC accumulates 1L and 1R, and perform a process called “Placement Activation”.The reserved BCs will be activated if you have sufficient funds in your Account Statement
Country Customers Fund (CCF)
The M7D Country Customers Fund (CCF) provides enhanced support to customers who may need financial support for consultancy, legal, media or other matters that are first approved by M7D management.
Management will allocate – periodically and entirely at its discretion – money to the CCF. The CCF will be managed by M7D. Our Accounts Department will maintain records of the CCF and approved allocations for each country, working with a CCF committee in each country, comprising six members. M7D shall make the final decision on the appointment of committee members.
Procedure for Seeking Approval from M7D:
1) A CCF committee shall submit to M7D management a proposal for planned projects/activities for each year 30 days before implementation. The proposal – which must accompany a copy of the Application Form (Appendix A) available online – should include:
- Objective of the project or activity.
- How it would enhance M7D’s reputation or interests.
- Planned steps for each project or activity.
- Target audiences.
- Details of how the money would be used.
- The schedule, including completion date, of each project or activity.
- The identity of the CCF committee member and Business Account name to be accountable for the project/activity.
- The identity of the CCF committee member who would be responsible for preparing a report (which must be endorsed by all fellow members) on completion of a project or activity. The report must include a summary of expenses, and be submitted to M7D within seven days of completion of the project or activity. All expenses must be supported by official invoices/receipts.
- An undertaking by the CCF committee that any unspent funds will be returned to M7D within seven days of the completion of the project/activity.
2) In an emergency, ad hoc request for CCF approval would be considered and may be allowed.
M7D management’s decision to approve – or not to approve – a proposal for CCF would be final and not subject to appeal.
Sparkle Team Status Recognition Policy
M7D’s Sparkle Team Status (STS) Recognition Policy is aimed at providing incentives to motivate high achievement, and at recognizing such performance by customers. Any M7D customer who achieves income of US$100,000.00 qualifies for STS leadership status.
STS leaders receive the following from the company:
- A congratulatory letter.
- A custom-made pewter plaque engraved with her or his name, date joined, date of attaining STS, and the M7D logo.
- A STS certificate of recognition.
- A M7D STS insignia pin.
- A STS identity card
Use of the M7D meeting rooms.
STS leaders may book any of the meeting rooms for discussions with prospective customers and future leaders. The following conditions apply:
- The others attending the meetings must be direct customers and/or prospective customers of the STS leader.
- The STS leader must be present throughout the meeting.
- Each booking is limited to one hour.
- Each STS leader is limited to a maximum of two bookings per day – one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
- The STS leader must provide M7D with the name/s and address/es of the other participants, whose number must not exceed five.
- Meetings may be conducted only during office hours (currently 0900-1830 hours, Mondays to Fridays).
- The STS leader must provide any stationery needed.
- Only refreshments available in the company’s pantry may be consumed.
- M7D reserves the right to be present at any of the meeting sessions.
Any decision by M7D regarding any violation of the foregoing rules would be final.
Booking Procedures:
- Bookings must be made on the company’s Booking Form
(Download Booking Form (Doc 27 KB) - The completed Booking Form must be submitted to our office at least 48 hours before the intended time for the meeting.
- Any tentative booking by phone must be confirmed by a fax message to M7D at least 48 hours before the meeting.
- Telephone confirmation of bookings is required.
Failure to comply with any of the conditions may result in rejection of an application. Any cancellation of bookings must be communicated to M7D’s office by fax, using the standard Cancellation Form, at least 24 hours before the time booked for the meeting.
Penalties:
1. Failure to conduct an approved meeting, cancellation of a booking in less than the specified time (i.e. at least 24 hours), failure of the STS leader to attend the meeting, or the departure of the leader before the meeting concludes, would result in:
- Loss of the booking privilege for fourteen days.
- Cancellation of any other bookings by the STS leader scheduled during that time.
2. Conducting activities other than M7D business during meeting sessions would be penalized by:
- Loss of booking privilege for life.
- Cancellation of any other booking/s.
- If necessary, more severe disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by M7D management

Step Reward Commission
Our Customer Reward Program (CRP) includes five Step Reward Commission Plans – 1/1A, 1/1B, 3/3A, 3/3B and 3/3C. The CRP commission is calculated daily and paid
weekly, with a sales cut-off date every Monday. Only activated Business Centers are considered as confirmed transactions.
All new accumulated transactions of Business Centers (BC) qualify for Step Reward Commissions subject to flushing out rule conditions.
1/1A Plan
- Every two new Sales Transactions introduced, and placed one on the left and one on the right (1L/1R) of the Placement BC, qualifies for one Step Reward Commission.
- Each Step Reward Commission (1L/1R) has a value of US$50.00.
- The maximum payout for Step Reward Commission is 16 steps/day.
- Step Reward Commission shall be capped at US$800.00/day (16L/16R) inclusive of Reward Vouchers. Steps in excess of 16L/16R shall be flushed out.
1/1B Plan
- Every two new Sales Transactions introduced, and placed one on the left and one on the right (1L/1R) of the Placement BC, qualifies for one Step Reward Commission.
- Each Step Reward Commission (1L/1R) has a value of US$10.00.
- The maximum payout for Step Reward Commission is 16 steps/day.
- Step Reward Commission shall be capped at US$160.00/day (16L/16R) inclusive of Reward Vouchers. Steps in excess of 16L/16R shall be flushed out.
3/3A Plan
- Every six new Sales Transactions introduced, and placed three on the left and three on the right of the Placement BC, qualifies for one Step Reward Commission.
- Each Step Reward Commission (3L/3R) has a value of US$200.00.
- The maximum payout for Step Reward Commission is 15 steps/day.
- Step Reward Commission shall be capped at US$3,000.00/day (45L/45R) inclusive of Reward Vouchers. Steps in excess of 45L/45R shall be flushed out.
3/3B Plan
- Every six new Sales Transactions introduced, and placed three on the left and three on the right of the Placement BC, qualifies for one Step Reward Commission.
- Each Step Reward Commission (3L/3R) has a value of US$100.00.
- The maximum payout for Step Reward Commission is 15 steps/day.
- Step Reward Commission shall be capped at US$1,500.00/day (45L/45R) inclusive of Reward Vouchers. Steps in excess of 45L/45R shall be flushed out.
3/3C Plan
- Every six new Sales Transactions introduced, and placed three on the left and three on the right of the Placement BC, qualifies for one Step Reward Commission.

- Five steps equal one orbit.
- To redeem your pair of diamonds in the ecPayment Plan, M7D will convert US$50.00 from Step Reward Commission into Reward Vouchers (RV) at every first step of orbits 1-6 of each BC. Every BC that accumulates a total of 390 RV will receive a pair of Princess-cut diamonds. This default system ensures that you get your free diamonds as quickly as possible.
- All RV have no expiry date. RV are not transferable to another BA and are not redeemable for cash.
- RV can be accumulated for redemption only of diamonds in our Product Catalog.
- Earned RV are recorded weekly in the Reward Voucher Statement.
- Manual redemption may be made by clicking the Redemption link in My Virtual Office, providing there are sufficient funds in the specific BA.
- Automatic redemption will be made when a BC has accumulated a specified amount of RV.
1/1B Plan

- Earned RV are recorded weekly in the Reward Voucher Statement.

3/3A Plan

- All RV have no expiry date. RV are not transferable to another BA and are not redeemable for cash.
- RV can be accumulated for redemption only of diamonds in our Product Catalog.
- Earned RV are recorded weekly in the Reward Voucher Statement.
- Manual redemption may be made by clicking the Redemption link in My Virtual
Office, providing there are sufficient funds in the specific BA. - Automatic redemption will be made when a BC has accumulated a specified amount of RV (according to your choice in the Redemption link).
3/3B Plan

- RV can be accumulated for redemption only of diamonds in our Product Catalog.
- Earned RV are recorded weekly in the Reward Voucher Statement.

- Earned RV are recorded weekly in the Reward Voucher Statement.

BC ACTIVATION PROCEDURE
After delivery of the first pair of diamonds in the ecPayment Plan (except Plan 11A), an automatic purchase system will be in place for you. We call it Auto Purchase Activation. Every new purchase you make will entitle you to a new BC - unless there are no more reserved BC to be activated.
When a Business Account has accumulated enough Reward Vouchers for its selected diamond redemption, the system will check for ecVoucher availability. It needs an ecVoucher to redeem products. If no ecVoucher is available, the system will deduct a specific amount from the specific Business Account Statement. The next BC will simultaneously be activated according to the following sequence:

DIRECT REWARD COMMISSION
As an instant incentive for every customer/sale you directly bring to M7D, we will pay a Direct Reward Commission (DRC) upon a new sign-in/sale. Please refer to the Direct Reward Commission link in the M7D System for the schedule payment of the DRC.
COMMISSION STATEMENT
You are responsible for viewing and downloading your Commission Statement. M7D encourages you to read, understand and check your Commission Statements and notify us within seven days of the date the commission is credited of any error or omission. M7D recommends that you also print copies of your Commission Statements for safekeeping.
The Commission Statement will include all unpaid Step Reward Commission brought forward from the previous day.
SPARKLE TEAM STATUS
You achieve Sparkle Team Status with M7D when your to-date income reaches US$100,000.00. When you reach this level, we also give you the opportunity to buy starter kits with all your future earned Reward Vouchers.

The balance of US$500.00 or US$1,000 as applicable will be credited after you have participated in the Diamond Adventure Trip (DAT) and have become a certified M7D DAT participant.
The DAT is a six-day, five-night visit to
- For a DAT bonus of US$1,500.00, you must have earned up-to-date income of at least US$5,000.00 within 13 weeks of signing up.
- For a DAT bonus of US$3,000.00, you must have earned up-to-date income of at least US$10,000.00 within 13 weeks of signing up.
- The DAT Bonus belongs only to you, after you have qualified by reaching your sales target.
It is not transferable.
Organization of Trip
Qualified customers must appoint an M7D member-leader who would be responsible for organizing the trip and for coordinating with the company on:
- Approval of the appointed leader, travel agency and itinerary.
- Issuance of invitations.
- Visits to a
- A welcoming dinner in
- Submission to M7D of counterfoils of used airline tickets (to support crediting the balance funds to participants’ account statements.
There must be a minimum of ten and a maximum of 25 participants, with visas, per trip. Failure to have at least ten participants with valid visas shall result in the postponement or cancellation of a trip – in which case no reimbursement of any kind shall be made.
The appointed leader will:
- Work with the approved travel agency to secure valid visas, develop the itinerary, and arrange transport, accommodation, meals and tours in
- Provide full details of qualified participants to M7D 30 days before the issuance of invitations for the trip. The details would include names, ages, sex, nationalities, and passport numbers and expiry dates.
- Provide to M7D, at least 14 days before commencement of the trip, the final list of confirmed participants with visa numbers, final itinerary, and flight numbers.
- Allow in the itinerary one full day for M7D to organize the visits to the diamond cutting/polishing facility and to the IGI laboratory, and host the welcoming dinner.
On completion of the trip, the member-leader shall submit to M7D the used airline ticket counterfoils. The company will then issue certificates of DAT participation and credit the balance money due into participants’ account statements.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will void M7D’s obligations for that particular DAT, even though the trip might initially have been approved based on information presented to the company earlier. No appeal will be entertained.
