GDS drastically slowing down my computer

Hiho,

A quick call for help! I had re-installed GDS recently and had removed
all the previous plugins prior to re-installation. Also kept the
previous index. Anyway, since re-installation, I've noticed that my GDS
completely sucks up all my computing power. A quick look thru the Task
Manager shows that it's (GoogleDesktopCrawler.exe) using 99% of the
CPU's processing power. It's never been like this before and I thought
that perhaps it was trying to re-index the computer so I've left it on
for quite a number of days now letting it index the comp while it's
idle but the problem is still there. Can someone tell me what's going
on and how to fix it?

I have the following plugins installed:
GDS File Revision History
Halftone Search for GDS 1.2.3.1 Beta
Calendar
Word a Day
Quick Lock
System Monitor
Time Warp
To Do

Just wondering if perhaps one of the plugins is causing the problem..
