[Gmail-Users] Re: forwarding email with pictures

This isn't a perfect feature in Gmail. The problem is that different
email clients can format embeded images and formatting differently, so
it's a hit-or-miss thing.

The important thing is for you to make sure that Gmail's "Rich
Formatting" editor is enabled. Click on the "Compose Mail" link and
look at the main editing section. You will see either see a toolbar
with editing tools (this is what you want) or the words "Rich
formatting>>". If you see "Rich formatting>>", click the link to enable
the toolbar. You MUST have the Rich Formatting editor enabled PRIOR to
forwarding a message with embeded images and formatting. If you do not,
Gmail will not forward the images "inline".

There may be other issues here, and as I said, it can be hit-or-miss.

Good luck!
