Merge Froogle into Base, Oh No!!

Just spotted a post about Froogle/Base merge.. Oh No, I hope they dont.
Read article in WebProNews about the bad neighborhoods in Base. Porno,
gambling & all the other non-family oriented shopping you would not
expect to find on Froogle is filtering it's way through into Base. Ok
Froogle is Beta but if it merges with Base won't 2 things suffer - Our
Customers and our sites over all sales. Does anyone have any info on
the merge besides just speculation?
