I guess I should have mentioned that the width and height has to be in
pixels, not percentages. I still see no map at all. Try setting your
page with pixels. There still might be other problems, but those are
preventing me from seeing anything else at the moment.

I gave your map a test with sizes and it worked fine on Mozilla (Mac)
and IE 6 (W/2000).
