Not that I'm aware of, and even if it were the case, you'd be better off
not doing something like that. Sites have problems sometimes, which is
why Google recrawls the site at various intervals. They don't just crawl
once and decide to drop you from the index. It'll take at least a month
or two before this type of thing would affect you (in the search engine
sense).
