You have to put each product on a different line and give a separate
price for that particular item. This may sound a bit long winded but
it will benefit you in the long run as you'll have more bites at the
proverbial cherry. Froogle links to your website anyway, so people
will be able to see what items go together and you could also add some
text in your description saying that there are other matching items.

I tried doing a feed for a photography website that I look after and of
course there are no set prices so I couldn't get it approved. The
Froogle team sent it back to me saying I had to put a set price in so I
