Because you said that you did not know why they hadn't updated their
cache since *yesterday* when you told them to update.

Can you provide a couple links within your site which demonstrate the
problem at hand "URL's restricted by robots.txt" - you should be able to
find these by logging into sitemaps and following the link to the
sitemap/domain in question, then "stats" > "crawl stats" > "URLs
restricted by robots.txt"

This should list the pages which Google choked on.
