The very first line of the text file you upload must be a list of column
headers separated by single tabs. There is a fixed list of permitted
column headers. That error means that the file you uploaded does not
meet those requirements.

I can't be more specific without seeing the file you uploaded. If you
put it up on a website somewhere and post a link here, someone could
take a look.
