Zoom and Marker Movement

I have markers that at certain zoom levels appear to be in the right
position. But, as you zoom in or out they move away from where they
should be. They don't maintain their lat and long position. I'm new to
the API so I'm not quite sure what to do.

BTW, I realize that the marker will appear to move a little based on
its size relative to the area it is covering but I believe it moves way
too much. Also, I have noticed on other sites that the markers they
use seem to stay where they should be.

Click the "Show Cameras" option and once the markers are in place,
center one then zoom in on it and watch it move away from where it
should be.

How do I make my markers stay in the correct lat/long position on zoom
in/out?
