AdWords API Getting campaign IDs and AdGroup ID of previously created entries

Is there a way to get a list of existing campaign IDs and adgroups IDs
that were previously created perhaps via Google interface, not API? Or
alternatively if
a local DB gets destroyed (not that it ever would.. :-)
