AdWords API Re: Getting report of Content network keywords

Chris K Ellsworth - Odd. I'm sure did an experiment a few months ago to
test that content search responded with a site and not a keyword. So
many experiments for all these undocumented aspects of AdWords... It is
possible I'm in error.

As "ngm" notes, it's a shame that Google, having gone to the effort to
make these macros available, but doesn't provide any usable
documentation.

Patrick - are you listening? We need *programmer* level documentation
for this stuff, not some handwaving on a slide set or a single page
answer that doesn't handle nesting or which campaign types offer macro
replacement, or describe that {keyword} used in a destination doesn't
need the closing colon, and properly replaces spaces with plus signs...
Some programmer spent some time making this stuff work - it'd be good
to let users know what thet can do with it.

Now, in which account did I do that experiment, when, and where would
have I kept the log of responses? Mutter, mumble...
