AdWords API Site-targeted Campaign and available sites

If I create a new Site-targeted Campaign, I can choose sites (Target
ad) from a listbox. Is there a way to do this automatically with the
Adwords API (Criterion service)? I mean, how to get the suggested list
of websites via Adwords API?
