Affiliate Links

On reading the frugal rules I saw that putting links to affiliate sites
is not acceptable. But it isnt clear whether this includes affiliate
links.

If I am promoting www.coolstuff.com and advertsie their products in
froogle putting my affiliate links as the url,
eg.http://www.coolstuff.com/g.o/myaffiliatename/http://coolstuff.com/abcd.htm

I dont have an affiliate website, I just have special urls to the
website who pay me as an affiliate that credit me for sales. So is that
ok?
