[Gmail-Users] Cancelling my account

I don't get the "My account" statement on my screen when wanting to
sign in. I am interesting in cancelling my account and kind of need a
walk through as to how to do it since Google hasn't really worked for
me. Anyone out there know how to do it? Thanks for the help. A
