A very stupid suggestion, UknownDefender.
1) Lots of people have dynamic IPs
2) Many spammers infect others' computers with a virus which then
starts mailing spam. You suggest to block thousands of users who were
unlucky/careless/stupid enough to get infected?
3) Why bother? Spam can only be defeated by teaching users, and making
them overall smart. Spam will not vanish after you issue a law, or
invent a "ground-breaking new technology". Never. They will find other
ways to do what is profitable - so if you want to eliminate spam, make
sure it is not profitable at all - not even a hundred bucks a month.
And that can only be assured if people consiously avoid purchasing
goods advertised via spam, no matter how attractive the offer appears
or even really is.
4) Instead of making stupid suggestions, you'd love to kill your
previous posts so the spambots do not grab your mail address while
scanning this page.
