The minimum height is the height of the first item in your plugin
content. May be you are setting the item height to 1 in a call to
SetRect(), or returning 1 in GetHeight() ?

I dont think there is a easy way to get program files dir from
javascript.. if you are writing c++ code typically you would use
SHGetSpecialFolderPath
