[Google-Desktop] Ok, how does "Add Recent Webclips" work? it doesn't on my comp

How is the Add recent weblips supposed to work? I surf all sorts of
sites, but nothing is ever added to the list. Nothing ever shows up
under the button too.

I'd like to simply do an OPML add but I don't see a way to do that
either.
