[Google-Desktop] Reinstalling just the Outlook toolbar

Google crashed outlook XP when I started it---and I had to disable the
add-in toolbar to get OUtlook up.

I then went in to add-in manager and tried to re-enable the Google
Toolbar, but there is no add-in listed along the lines of google or
desktop.

I tried to reinstall Google Desktop in its entirety but the setup
program won't run, just says "already installed."

I'd really like to avoid doing anything to alter my preferences or god
forbid delete my indices.

How do I re-enable the OUtlook toolbar.

It should be simple... I guess nothing's simple!
