How do I tell Google to forget about a couple of Domain Names

While trying to pick out a domain name for my site I thought that the
name topview.us would be a good one. Later I added topview.org as
being parked on topview.us.

Today I see that a better domain name was available for what my site
does so I took it. The domain name is satelliteviews.net . I read
somewhere in Google FAQs that they penalize you if you have multiple
sites with the same content. Parked sites I would guess appear to have
the same content.

Does anyone how to get a site removed from the Google search engine?
Or if Google is watching please remove topview.us and topview.org from
your database. I tried to remove the topview.us sitemap but it won't
let me. I would like to just use the one domain satelliteviews.net .
