Http Error Message

I have two websites that were a bit messy and weren't getting fully
cached by Google. I redid both sites. They are clean and perfect now.
Redid both site-maps, submitted, and got the same error message, "
HTTP error. The server returned an error when we tried to access the
URL provided. Please make sure the Sitemap URL is correct and resubmit
your Sitemap." After making sure that the Sitemap URL was correct and
that it came up in my browser I resubmitted. Same error message.
