Invalid URL? I cant get froogle to accept this feed, where am i going wrong

Here is what i have: (feed info from txt file)

product_url name description image_url category price

tab seperated

shows up as this

ERROR Invalid URL.........

Product Name: "Silhouette Target Insert"
Product Url: http://%22http/www.nrange.com/acatalog/Accessories.html%22
Price:

why is there an %22http/ inserted in the url and a %22 at the end

can someone advise?
