Partition magic can only help by loosing a few good chunks of data.

Well if u want to give a part of ur hard drive that too of a different file system it is a sort of tough job. But partition magic can't help you in releasing space from a Primary Partition(active partition).Well one more thing i would suggest u that from the next time you set up partition  u must take care of the importance of the OS u r gonna use coz many a times we use linux just for sake of learning and and using the unix ed and not for a full fledge resource utilizing stuff.

So better delete the partition and make a fresh partitioning for the one u want  to use for SUSE (8GB)and windows(7 GB). U may later merge the partition 7gb with some secondary partition using partition magic in windows.

Give it a try. Well its just a way i think there may be other ways to do it.
