maps.28.js differences

I've just had a look through the released maps.28.js code, and the
changes now seem to be very minor.

The copy of maps.28.js that appeared on 22-Nov-2005 (and which some
people erroneously thought had gone live) had lots of new stuff in it.
The new stuff was written very cryptically and I couldn't work out what
it did. None of that new code seems to have made it into the released
maps.28.js.

The only changes that made it into the released version seem to be

1. A small change to the recording of timings in s.loadMap() (which
should probably only be being used by Google Local, not by API users)

2. The sites *.igoogle.com and *.gmodules.com now also bypass the
API key check. So, for example, http://www.igoogle.com/maps no longer
produces and invalid API key error.

See the latest API blog post for information about changes to the
version handling in the preloader. I've only considered changes in teh
actual maps.28.js file here.
