Program showing list of files recently opened

Hi there,

I used to have a program, I can't remember its name, which maintained a
list of all the program files you had recently used and you could open
them from that list.

For example, in the list were programs for Excel, Word, Lotus etc, all
the programs you had used, and within these program files were the most
recent documents you had opened/changed.

A) Does anyone know the name of that program?
B) Is there a similar program in GDS?

Sorry if I have been a bit long winded about this.
