www.example.com and example.com are --technically-- different servers.
That means you cannot submit your sitemap as
www.example.com/sitemap.xml when it contains URIS like
example.com/page.html. Choose one version, and stick with it. Just
because your hosting service thinks that serving the same contents from
both server names is a neat feature that does not mean that all the
hassles coming with that stupid decision don't get you in trouble with
search engines.
