Now, assuming I am correct in my assumption, by mistake are you

A) Sony having included the spyware in their software package
B) Failing to inform the end user that the above mentioned item was in
the software package
C) Getting caught red handed by every major AV and Anti-Spyware
publishing company
D) All of the above.

For the record, Counter~Spy caught them first. That is why I use them
as
my Anti Spyware agent. In my opinion, they make the best Anti Spyware
program on the market.

now doesnt this take up most of the page. i would have quoted but you
wrote quite a bit and it doesnt always look good with a page of quotes
especialy, as i was going to make a small statement of my view. as to
what you wrote about sony i mearly say ok and agree with you.
