Your server does not return 404 when a bad page is called, instead it
makes a frameset page with a full-page frame of
http://sriraminhell.tk.istemp.com/ which has a "framebreaker" script in
it which opens that page instead.

You need to complain to your ISP or get a different ISP :-). Even a
free webhoster can make a 404 page that returns 404 while still
redirecting the user to an ad-page....
