Re: Is something wrong with Froogle?

Hello,
It's been messed up for over 2 months now and they either don't care
or are indifferent to the fact that they offer a service (free or Not)
that is broken. I have two stores that worked fine for months and
months - then about 6 weeks ago the feeds only listed about 1 tenth of
the items. After writting them twice, the feeds were brought up to
about 50%. The titles still don't all show completely, and some of the
pic's don't show. Then there are clowns on here that act like they know
what's going on, but that's not the case. I jumped through hoops trying
all there sugestions, "don't upload too many times", "try making items
numbers unique from the other feeds", all crap. Bottom line is the
service is down. Ftp used to work fine, but now it's broken. (Try
uploading through the merchant control panel, that seems to work
still.) Product feeds would load completely, now they don't. Then god
forbid if you change items and use the same product ID, you have to beg
to get Froogle team to refresh the the feed on there server. I changed
a couple of hunderd items and it was weeks before the correct
infomation showed up, I had the new item name with the old picture
showing, it was and still is a mess.

I started using Yahoo Product Submit Service. here is the link,

and the have real customer service with a phone number and all !!
