Way to go Caz.... Very good information. Might help someone along the
way. Don't worry about getting banned they don't ban people from this
forum, they are too busy working on getting feeds uploaded and
authorized :-)

We should maybe combine our two FAQ's and have one giant one cause you
cover some of the things I have not.
