as i mentioned before, the free program STOIK can convert to WMV, or
you could use Windows Movie Maker (but it encodes slowwwww). Now that i
look back on my video list, i submitted one avi (i used the divx high
motion codec) and it got in. So far the file types that worked were
avi, wmv, and mpeg i just submitted. WMV is the format for most of my
files, so that seems the way to go. But MPEG is probably the best
format, because not only it maintains the quality but google says its
their preferred format. I use ImTOO video encoder, and although u got
to pay for it, if its less than five minutes it will work.
