take a look - advice.

I made a few refinments to my site take a look at :

I only have 270 listed in the database so far, but try cornwall (most
South east point, by the coast) I have the most items in that area.

Its coming along fine, but - I have a few improvments I would like to
make but simply do not know how.

1) Rather than the crosshair/ and centering the map, I would like to
draw a box/circle to select the search area. The bigger the box/circle
drawn the bigger the radius...
2) Or choose a radius and then SINGLE click your search area to load
the search page.

anybody done this? examples? tutorials? or just any tips (dont bother
trying is also a valid tip!)
