unsupported file format

All of my pages say "unsupported file format", but yet it tells me I
have no errors and I was successfully crawled. Why is this? Also,
what does "distribution" mean on the stats page. I'm on the low end in
the Page Rank category. How can I improve this. Technology gives me a
headache :)
