When hidding read items

Hi all

i have a subscription in my google reader account that causes a problem

its specifically:
Tom's Hardware Guide
http://www.tomshardware.com/articles.xml

the problem is when selecting to hide read items it shows nothing while
when switching to display all items it shows some unread items
