County Polylines not working for all counties

I am importing cartographic boundary files from the Tiger census
Pennsylvania state files into Excel (floating point decimal). Then
making individual Excel files for each county to be clicked on in a
drop down box to display the polylines for each county after importing
the excel spreadsheet to Access then exported to MySql (Not my
idea!!!). Out of thirteen counties entered 9 work 4 do not???? I have
checked the code XML/PHP/Google (Dreamweaver 7.0) and cannot find any
errors??? I have dropped the tables from the MySql database and then
imported the files for the 4 states that do not work in hopes I had
import/exported them incorrectly. Still no success in getting these
four states to work.

I will update this post with a link to the map as soon as I find a home
for it.
