I would recommend you investigate SPAMCOP < https://spamcop.net >. They
offer virtually everything you might want; PGP, S/MIME, configurable SPAM
filters, the ability to harvest mail from up to eight different POP
accounts, and much more including both POP and IMAP access. They also
offer the ability to create a virtually unlimited number of email
aliases as well as forwarding. For a mere $30 a year, it is a steal.
