Google map coverage outside US

Hi Guys,
I'm trying to provide a free street map service for Ireland using
Google Maps. While cities appear to be fairly comprehensive with
regard to the streets, many towns are not covered. For example if you
zoom into Ennis, it is only a cross-roads. Anyone know when Google
will have all the streets of Ireland included, or who I should contact
about this?
