Is something wrong with google sitemaps??

Hello,
I'm new to sitemaps, I have reported 5 of my sites (since lest night)

2 of them have success verification process - this is OK :)

And now, next two sites:

1. SITE (of 3 left)
Have this error (error is down), even I checked with this tool:
http://gsitecrawler.com/tools/Server-Status.aspx

"We've detected that your 404 (file not found) error page returns a
status of 200 (OK) in the header. "

and IT IS NOT 404... my 404 goes to 404 100% !!!

Question is: What's wrong?

2. SITE (of 2 left)
Is stil at pending verification process????
But google downloaded sitemap, and in status column says "OK".

Should I be worried?

and last site, on other server, has same thing problem like site number
3... 404 thing???

My main question is:
Is this something wrong with google about Verification process or I
should be worried about it.
