Marker check boxes

It's the old man again, back with another question...but first, thanks
to all of you guys for making my map work! Your help has been
unselfish and tremendous and I appreciate it beyond words! On my map
page, my check boxes don't function like they were intended...the idea
came from Larry's example. I have left something off or misworded some
code. Does anyone see what I did wrong (I mean other than tackling
something I didn't know anything about!) ?
