Re: google map parameters - what happened?

I know the Google Maps team are experimenting with a new version of the
javascript running the maps. As part of this it appears they are
changing how the zoom works.

I can only assume that (hopefully inadvertlly) that this has broken the
z parameter, guessing they are going to change to a new parameter (so
the z can work on legacy links).

Looking at the 'Link to this Page' link on the google site it uses a
spn parameter to specify a zoom, so perhaps you would be better off
using that.... (as I think it always offically has done)
