It's time to pack up and move outside of Verizon's territory.

You are going to have limited success running it on 82. Your firewall
and proxy (including transparent proxy) users will likely never be able
to reach your web site, and I doubt any bots will spider it.

My experience with Verizon is that they'll notice what you are doing
with port 82 and block that for you, at no extra charge.
