Ken,
You are correct that should be marker_red. It was a quick test when
I was trying to figure out what was going on (and when nothing changed
I moved on and forgot about it). There are also a number of alert()
debugging statements that I left lying around also. You probably want
to remove the mapIcons subdirectory from the icon image paths as well
(if you haven't already) so it works on your server.
