Same Meta Keyword and Description on All Pages

Hi All,

The way our site is designed every page has the same meta description
and keyword information on each page. I know this isn't ideal but
assumed we'd still be ok using general keywords that apply to what
we're doing. It looks like google is confused about some of our pages
(it doesn't recognize that they are unique) and I'm trying to narrow
down the problem. Anyone have any idea if this could be an issue?
