Store URL Already In Use - Yep this old chestnut again!

Has anyone got a solution to this problem

I've tried emailing groups-support@google.com but get an auto response
that says "...... we're unable to provide personal responses to
individual questions about how to use Google Groups"

Should I have emailed somewhere else to get this problem sorted?
