URLs removed from Google. Google.bot comes by but won't index ...

I no longer understand ANYTHING about Google.god. I used to have tons
of URLs listed at Google.god. Then the Google.god would stop showing
the links for a few days and then would show them again for a few days
on and off. Sometimes the links would be in for a few weeks. Now the
links are not in anymore.

http://www.idowebs.com/lawns/cities/ad/Seattle
http://www.idowebs.com/lawns/cities/ad/Everett
http://www.idowebs.com/lawns/cities/ad/Marysville
and many others.

So now I see this COMPLICATED INSANE Sitemaps.

What would I get out of setting up a site map for Google.god when
Google Bot come by and does not list the ANY pages here in the index.

If Google.god will not index a page or pages what is the point of the
sitemaps???
