Why my feed is not processed

I upload my feed every day. It was working fine before 1/13. My feed of
1/13 is still in the ftp folder, it is not processed, and my new feed
cannot be uploaded because of the old feed is still there. In my
account, I can see the feed was last processed on 1/12, there's no
update for almost one week. What can I do for this?
