Will be possible to offer commission for web publishers of my paid video?

Hi all Googlers!

I'm very curious about, if Google plans to enhance paid Video Google by
something like affiliate option.

I'm sure, that most of you know what I mean, but let me give you
sample.

In a case I will declare my video file as paid, I would like to offer
some commission to all web publishers. That means, all web publishers
would have a option to choose from all variety of videos those, which
fit well with their content.

So, it will be win, win, win situation. Content providers happy,
because their video content will reach more audience = more revenue.
Publishers happy, because they will have rich media files to give their
audience better and more complex content. And finally google obviously
as well.

Am I just dreaming or it is matter of days when this'll become reality?
