Does anyone use credit cards?

I process credit cards through 2CO.com Up until recently everything
worked fine, now all of a sudden when ever some one pays with a credit
card I do not receive the order (I receive payment and no order) Can
anyone help me with this? I know this is not a froogle question but I
can not figure out what happened and how to fix it. I'm hopeing that
some one out there can help me. I've emailed my tech support and
2CO.com's tech support about it and they both state it's the other ones
problem!
