Re: MAPS api-s vs WEB api-s confusion

MAP API's are not sent by email but displayed on screen. You can sign up
with the same Google account and website as many times as you like. It's
possible that Google don't keep a record of what Map API keys have been
issued. All the information about the identity of the account and
website are encoded in the key value, so there's no need for a central
repository.
